Refund policy
All sales are final. We no longer accept returns and hope you have accepted the Goods unconditionally. Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of kash co studio. Generally, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for custom orders. Store credit will be provided for other items.
Damages and Issues
We do NOT assume responsibility for your order, including any damage, loss, or delay, once the Goods are processed for delivery or pick up. Once the Goods have been delivered, the Customer assumes all responsibility for any damage or loss.
Please check mailboxes frequently to prevent bending or damage upon delivery.
Recreation of a Painting or Other Art
Any Good that needs to be recreated due to it being lost will result in a payment of at least half the original price. The price will be decided by The Business. The price must be paid before The Business begins work.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of custom paintings being unique, no exchanges on custom orders are allowed. If the Customer would like to make small changes to the Goods after reveal, please communicate with kash co studio.
Refunds
