Delivery Schedule

Orders are shipped, on average, within 10 business days for non-custom Goods and within 4 to 6 weeks for custom Goods. Shipping or pick up notifications are sent via email. 

If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know at the time of purchase and we will make accommodations to the best of its ability. A "Rush Fee" will be applied to custom orders needed within two weeks. Please note: Custom orders are handmade, and all kash co studio take time to create.

Print-on-Demand Services

Print-on-demand (POD) services offer a convenient and efficient way to create and sell customized products without the need for inventory or upfront production costs. Fulfillment times for POD products can vary depending on the type of item, design complexity, and destination, but orders are typically produced and shipped within a week or two.

Delivery Delays

We will notify you of any delays that may affect the expected delivery date. We post general life announcements on Instagram and Facebook that may contain information about delays. Join our newsletter and Follow @kashcostudio to stay up to date.

Damages and Issues

We do NOT assume responsibility for the Goods, including any damage, loss, or delay, once the Goods are processed for delivery or pick up. Once the Goods have been delivered, the Customer assumes all responsibility for any damage or loss.

Any order that needs to be recreated due to it being lost will result in a payment of at least half the original price. The price will be decided by The Business. The price must be paid before The Business begins work.

Please check mailboxes frequently to prevent bending or damage upon delivery.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information says that your package was delivered but it has not arrived, please wait a few days, sometimes the USPS system is incorrect.

​If your package never arrives, contact USPS as we have no control over the package once it is in USPS hands.
