Agreement for Sale and Purchase

Thanks for supporting our small business! Most Goods are handmade, meaning they will vary slightly in design. We will create the Goods to the best of our ability. Keep in mind you are not paying just for the art, but everything that goes into creating your original piece.

For Custom Goods: If you're unable to pay in full at the time of purchase, Payment Plans are available. Regardless of Payment Schedule, Payment must be made in full before Goods are created and shipped.  

 

Recreation of a Painting or Other Art

The Business does NOT assume responsibility for the Goods, including any damage, loss, or delay, once the Goods are processed for delivery or pick up.

Goods lost in shipping may be recreated at a cost to be determined by the Business, not exceeding full purchase price, plus shipping. This cost must be paid before the Business begins recreating the work.

 

Artist's Right to Refuse Service

The Business retains its right to refuse creation of any requested work. If for any reason the Business is unable to create the purchased work, the Business will contact the Customer and issue a refund. To avoid this, please contact the Business with proposed custom works prior to purchasing.

 

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted above are retained by the Business, including Copyright, any electronic rights or usage, and including, but not limited to, social media postings including the contracted work, all rights in sketches or other preliminary materials.  

 

Term and Termination

If one of the parties chooses to end the Agreement prior to product delivery, the Customer is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.
